Hi, I'm Liz!
As a Registered Dietitian and runner, I understand firsthand how to fuel yourself intuitively and balanced to live life fully and compete at your best. When working with me, you will learn how to connect with your body’s intuition and fuel yourself without rigid rules to achieve a better pace in life and competition.
I have been a registered dietitian since 2007 and have been running 28+ years. My running career started in middle school and lead me to be a Division 1 athlete in track and field and cross country. Now, I run half-marathons, and marathons because it brings me joy and is my movement outlet. I am passionate about helping endurance athletes and active individuals create flexible and joyful eating habits that come from a place of kindness verses criticism.
I compassionately encourage, provide a non-judgmental space, and I am a kind-hearted coach that will guide you to look beyond extremes and fuel intuitively to get more mileage out of your sport and in life.
Even though, there is the word “diet” in my profession name, I have learned following a rigid diet plan does not work. Instead it creates a relationship with food that causes guilt and shame and leads you to distrust your own bodies natural cues of hunger and fullness.

I am dedicated to helping you look beyond the extremes and fuel yourself intuitively to get more milage out of your sport and life. With my guidance you will connect with your body’s internal wisdom so you can rediscover better ways to use food that’s not extreme and find the foods that bring you joy. Your body deserves kindness over punishment. I will help you regain a perspective that winning is a mindset that you can control, regardless of your pace in life and competition, and how an intuitive approach will give you the freedom your searching for in food, movement, and your wellbeing.

Pace yourself for the long run by tuning into your intuition and listening to your body’s needs. From the foods you fuel with to your perceptions of a fit physique, pace yourself and find balance to sustain your body’s performance for the long run.
Movement Joy
Move away from the ideal that a hardcore, rigid mindset makes you competitive. Allow yourself to be supported and feel good. There’s no need to punish or judge your self when support and kindness will take you further. You’ll last much longer if you don’t

Stay adaptable, and you’ll always win! From racing to everyone in everyday life, you can’t always expect everything to go your way. Stay flexible with realistic goals and adaptable to life; only then will you gain a perspective that everyday you’re trying your best is a win.
